Recently Overheard...

We had stuffed shells for dinner tonight. Levi, as usual, was fighting having to eat dinner and kept getting up and wandering away from the table. Finally, I told him that if he got up again, he was going straight to bed. Needless to say, he stayed put. (The only thing worse than having to eat dinner is having to go to bed, you know. lol) Anyway, I guess he decided if he had to sit there, he might as well eat because after awhile, I saw him picking at his food. Then, he asked me what it was. I told him stuffed shells. He asks, "Did you go to the ocean to get these shells?" I chuckled and answered, "No. I got them at Publix. They're shell-shaped noodles." He only answered, "Oh." then ate them all. Those little guys are so literal. lol
