To all my blogging friends who live in places that have been insanely cold lately, let me say that it's finally cold here! Yea!! It's actually in the 50's tonight and by Tuesday will be in the 40's. I know that doesn't sound very cold to those of you in the single digits and/or under 3 feet of snow, but believe me, it is. If you've ever been in S. Florida in winter and had a cold, windy day, you know what I mean. Since it's moist cold, it goes right through you. So, you can put a smirk on your face and nod in satisfaction that I won't be picking strawberries any time soon....at least not til NEXT weekend! :-)
