Sunday, Day 2

On Sunday morning, we woke up and I hid eggs for all the kids. About 8 they all got up and got dressed for church. A little later they hunted the eggs and ate some candy. Yes, they had already eaten breakfast! :-) Anyway, we visited First Baptist Church of Kissimmee and it was great. What a neat church and boy, was it packed!! The children's section (nursery area) was really neat. They had a cool looking treehouse thing as the welcome center. It was very roomy and colorful and the people were super sweet. They boys had a lot of fun.

It was sooo cold that day and windy, too! Of course we hadn't brought too many warm clothes, only one jacket per person, so it was a little uncomfortable.

After church, we went back to the house, ate lunch and changed clothes. Then, we headed over to Animal Kingdom. We got there about 2:30 and stayed til they closed it down at 8pm. We walked a lot in circles and backtracked, because we couldn't get our act together, so we missed a lot. We didn't do the safari, Everest, or the Bug's Life, all of which we wanted to do. The wait times on some were waaayy too long, so we'd head to something else, and that was too long. So, we missed out on alot, but we did get to do some stuff. We rode the Kali River Rapids, the Dinosaur ride (which was Indy's favorite), the train to the conservation center, some little roller coaster, and the little ones rode a baby dinosaur (dumbo type) ride. We also got to meet Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. Levi LOVED all the characters, even if he didn't have a clue who they were, but Indy was NOT impressed at all. He wouldn't get closer than about 4 feet. It was too funny. He would hand them his autograph book and back away very quickly! LOL It was cute. We ended up eating in the park, which was not great food, and VERY expensive, of course. But, overall, it was a nice day. By the end, we were all pooped and were in bed before 11.
